Notes:
1. Sample Requirements：
- Powder: Please provide 20-30 mg. Please use Centrifuge Tube to load your sample. If the amount is limited, please contact us.
- Bulk / Film: Size within 5 × 5 × 3 mm. If the sample size is larger, please contact us for quote.
2. Signals may NOT be detected on the elements less than 5wt%.
3. For the narrow-spectrum test, the operator takes the strongest peak by default. If the strongest peak and other elements overlap, the operator will take the 2nd strongest peak.
4. Special needs: Please contact us in advance if you have following requirements, which may subject to additional fees:
- Etch more than 5nm
- Samples containing S, F elements
- Any other special preparation (Glove box, scan times, etc.)
5. Sample packaging: Please vacuum sealing your samples after preparation if you can, or the samples may adsorb pollutants in the air, which will affect the result of certain elements.
6. All samples are non-returnable and please contact us if you have special requests.
