Job Opening: Analytic Research & Development Assistant

The Analytic Research & Development Assistant will perform a range of research and technical activities for the company and/or managers and supervisors to promote the development and growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain technical information for all products up to date on our website
• Prepare and modify documents including reports, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email etc. as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
• Manage and navigate between multiple online storage accounts
• Communicate with business partners abroad regarding new or existing products
• Conduct technical research on potential new materials to be added to our website
• Record, compile, or transcribe technical data for reporting
• Organize existing research papers for archiving

Job Requirements:

• M.S. in Chemistry as a minimum
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in computer skills and MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Customer Service experience is a plus

Position Type

Part-Time (eligible for Full-Time after 6 months based on evaluation)
